  Poor billing practices, beware they use incorrect billing codes overheard this from another previous patient and they don't inform you that if you have been to a previous dentist that you can't be billed again from your insurance company. They work in this field they should already know this. They are very rude and say that it's not part of there job to inform you. They just want to bill you and make there money. It's all about the money and not your well being!!! Found a new dentist and they inform me before hand any work that is done what it's going to cost and what the insurance will cover. Maybe Dr. Robitaille staff can start doing the same.

  Dr. Robitaille and his team offer the best dentistry! My experience with his office has always been pleasant, comfortable and they are painless visits! I have always been treated with kindness and respect. Love his new laser... non like it any where else.

  While I found the dentist and the hygenist were quite good. I have a huge issues with the billing department. They give estimates then charge you double or triple what they said it would be with no real explanation.
